How to make Japanese Curry pan (Kare-pan)

Kare-pan is most popular bread in Japan.
Kare-pan is very tasty!  Curry-Pan normally deep fried with coated panko, filled with curry potatoes and carrots,beef or chiken.

Ingredients

dough
2 cups All-purpose flower
1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon skim milk powder
1/2 egg(Medium egg)
162 ml water
1 1/2 teaspoon rice oil
filling
10 oz minced meat
1/2 onion,chopped
1 clove garlic,sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soft wheat flower
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 tablespoon butter
